Yoga Mudra



Mudra is sanskrit word for 'symbol', 'example'. This exercise is a symbol of yoga. In performing it we experience in personality.

Procedure:
1. Sit in the lotus seat with legs crossed. Press two heels against the lower part of the abdomen, then inhale in the yogi manner.
2. Breathe out, while bending slowly forward until head touches the floor, putting arms behind back and elapsing left fingers about right wrist.
3. In his position remain as long as you can without breathing; then, while slowly breathing in gradually straighten up and end the exercise with a slow exhalation.

Benefits:
1. This exercise restores order among the organ of the abdominal cavity which have slipped from their position as a result of colonic inertia or degeneration of the stomach and intestinal nerves.
2. Yoga-mudra develops powerful abdominal muscles and srengthens the loins. The mental effect of very great.
