Utkatasana




Procedure:
1. Stand on your toes.
2. Raise the heels put your hands on the waist.
3. Bend the knees for ward while keeping the body straight.
4. Stay in the posture as long as you can.

Benefits:
1. Muscles and the nerves of the legs are strengthened.
2. It cleanses the stomach and intestines.
