Chakrasana


Chakra means wheel.
Procedure:
1. Lie down in supine position.
2. Bring your heels near thigh by bending legs at the knees. Keep a little distance between fee.
3. Bring your hands by the sides of each shoulder & place them in such a way that the palm should rest on the ground, finger directing towards heels.
4. Now raise your waist slowly by putting pressure on palm, stretch the hands.
5. Lift up your back, shortened the distance between leg & hands.
6. Neck should be downward between the two hands & shoulder would be raised.

Benefits:
1. This asana makes the spine elastic, strengthens the muscles of abdomen, chest & shoulder.
2. It cures the shakiness of hand, neck & head.
3. Also relieve pain during menstruation period.
