Hot Spinal Bath


Water temperature: 40–45°C.
Duration: 10 minutes
Procedure:
As in neutral spinal bath. All precautions recommended for the hot hip bath should be taken during this treatment.

Uses:
Hot spinal bath is helpful in stimulating the nerves, especially when they are in a depressed state. It also relieves back pain, sciatica and gastro–intestinal disturbances.
