Procedure:
a. Body is balanced with one leg on sitting condition.
b. Another leg is kept over the knee of first leg.
c. Then, body is balanced with leg fingers of first leg.
d. Hands are joined to each other.


Benefits:
This step of yoga strengthens the fingers of leg, strengthens nerves tendons, muscles etc of leg.
