Procedure:
1. Sit in Padmasana.
2. Inhale to fill your stomach with prana (O2) and expand your chest.
3. Raise the hands up fully stretched, retain the breath as long as possible.
4. Return to the normal position while exhaling.

Benefits:
Prana becomes strong, Chest broadens and the lungs are cleansed.
