Since couple of months back, I have been experiencing difference as well as lowering quality on some item that I have been using from the begining. They are Albera Jel and Tea. Since you have changed its quantity of packet, its quality had gone down. At the same time, I have been using your shampoo since last 3 years regularly. It has controlled dandroff, but hair fall has increase.
I believe, who ever will check this will take the matter positively and correct the mistake accordingly.
