The concept of using Ayurveda medicine only in chronic diseases is being changed. There were lots of patients who visited in different units in 2060/061. About 70000 patients visited O.P.D. in year 060/061. Among them the highest number of patients (13105) belongs to Vata disorders. Similarly in

Hepatitis = 4496
Gynecological disorders = 6136

Patients having respiratory, cardiovascular and urinary problems are also at high rank in OPD patients list.

 As Ayurveda is more preferable on gynaecological treatment than the others, there is a sharp-rise in female OPD patients.
