Procedure:
i. Sit in Bajrasana
ii. Lift the hands above the head with finger tips pointing upwards
iii. Slowly, bend forwards exhaling the air.
iv. Place the forehead and palms on the floor.
v. Perform Kumbhaka (state of pause of breathing).
vi. Now, slowly move upwards inhaling the air and return to step (i).
Indications:
i. It is useful in diarrhea, dysentery and other gastro-intestinal problems.
ii. It massages the heart region.
iii. It strengthens the liver, pancreas and kidney, and uterus in females.
iv. It is also useful in mental problems, anxiety and irritation.
v. It cuts off the abdominal and waist fat.
