5 Yoga Poses for Better Orgasms

Sexy yoga pose, yoga for better orgasms, yoga photos, yoga posturesIt’s no secret that yoga is good for sex, but certain poses can better your chances of obtaining an orgasm every time. We’ve done our research and have found the best poses for achieving the big O.

1 ::: Upavista Kanasana (wide straddle forward bend)

Sit on the floor with your legs spread wide. Lean forward and go as far down as it feel comfortable. This pose increases blood flow to the va-jay area.

2 ::: Biltilasana (cow pose)

Sit on all fours and curve your back towards the floor. Warm up the spine for the ride of your life (plus the belly looks so skinny when doing this pose!)

3 ::: Purvottanasana (upward plank pose)

Sit with your feet extended in front of you and your hands on the floor behind your back. Fingers should face towards the back wall. Push yourself up, walking the feet out if need be, and press your shoulder blades against your back to lift your chest. Freeing the lady lumps will instantly make you feel sexier.

4 ::: Pranayama (deep breathing)

Sit in a comfortable seated position and take deep breaths. Sometimes we get so tense in our lives that we forget to just breathe. Take full, deep inhalations and exhalations to better sexy times.

5 ::: Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose or Cobbler’s pose)

Sit with your knees bent and the soles of your feet touching. Lean forward and go down as far as it feels comfortable. This strengthens the uterus and relieves fatigue, so you’ll have plenty of energy to get it on.
