The term spa is associated with water treatment. Many people around the world believed that bathing in a particular spring, well, or river resulted in physical and spiritual purification. A spa is a place where we can receive spa treatments, most commonly massage , facials, and body treatments . Spas are devoted to enhancing health and well-being. Nowadays, many ayurvedic Spas are offering Abhyanga (Massage), Swedana (hot fomentation), Shirodhara etc. for revitalizing and balancing the life. As we know, ayurveda not only deals with the diseases and their management. The centuries old science also focuses on healthy living. Panchkarma is one of those therapies which believe our body as the machine that requires timely repair. Ayurvedic Spas, along with this revitalizing therapy use specific oils, herbs, and aromas to provide the optimal balance and nourishment for our mind-body constitution.

Spa therapies are for the purpose of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. These nourishing treatments build up the health of the immune and nervous systems and provide us with a fresh start
